Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •written informed consent
- •primary diagnosis of OCD (ICD\-10 F42\.\-)
- •at least 20 sessions of CBT with ERP within 3 years prior to study
- •clinically relevant OCD, i.e. Y\-BOCS global score \> 12 at study
- •fulfilled DSM\-IV criteria for OCD for a period of \= three years prior to
- •study inclusion, either without an aymptomatic period or an
- •asymptomatic period of \< 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •begun or altered medication within 12 weeks before study inclusion
- •receiving benzodiazepines
- •mania (ICD\-10 F30\.\-)
- •suicidal tendency
- •current severe depressive episode (BDI\>28\)
- •borderline disorder (ICD\-10 F60\.3\)
- •current substance abuse or substance dependence (ICD\-10 F1x.2\)
- •intelligence quotient \< 70
- •psychosis (ICD\-10 F20\-F29\)
- •severe neurological disorder
