入选标准
- •written informed consent
- •primary diagnosis of OCD (ICD-10 F42.-)
- •at least 20 sessions of CBT with ERP within 3 years prior to study
- •clinically relevant OCD, i.e. Y-BOCS global score > 12 at study
- •fulfilled DSM-IV criteria for OCD for a period of = three years prior to
- •study inclusion, either without an aymptomatic period or an
- •asymptomatic period of < 6 months
排除标准
- •begun or altered medication within 12 weeks before study inclusion
- •receiving benzodiazepines
- •mania (ICD-10 F30.-)
- •suicidal tendency
- •current severe depressive episode (BDI>28)
- •borderline disorder (ICD-10 F60.3)
- •current substance abuse or substance dependence (ICD-10 F1x.2)
- •intelligence quotient < 70
- •psychosis (ICD-10 F20-F29)
- •severe neurological disorder
- •indication of Asperger syndrome (ICD-10 F84.5)
