Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •written informed consent
  • •primary diagnosis of OCD (ICD\-10 F42\.\-)
  • •at least 20 sessions of CBT with ERP within 3 years prior to study
  • •clinically relevant OCD, i.e. Y\-BOCS global score \> 12 at study
  • •fulfilled DSM\-IV criteria for OCD for a period of \= three years prior to
  • •study inclusion, either without an aymptomatic period or an
  • •asymptomatic period of \< 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •begun or altered medication within 12 weeks before study inclusion
  • •receiving benzodiazepines
  • •mania (ICD\-10 F30\.\-)
  • •suicidal tendency
  • •current severe depressive episode (BDI\>28\)
  • •borderline disorder (ICD\-10 F60\.3\)
  • •current substance abuse or substance dependence (ICD\-10 F1x.2\)
  • •intelligence quotient \< 70
  • •psychosis (ICD\-10 F20\-F29\)
  • •severe neurological disorder
