Inclusion Criteria
1)Known Type II diabetic
2)Newly detected Type II diabetic
3)Age more than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
1)Gestational Diabetes
2)Known Type I diabetic
3)Patients who are unable to give an informed consent
4)Patients with UTI
5)Patients who are known to have kidney disease
6)Patients with diagnosed malignancy
7)Patients with Spinal Injury
8)Patient with intervertebral disc prolapse
9)Patients who are known to have hypothyroidism
10) Alcohol intake of more than 14 units per week.
