- •1.Patient coming for Inguinal hernia repair under spinal anesthesia under American society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I,II,III .
- •2.Patient scheduled for both elective and emergency studies
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. If the duration of surgery is more than 3 hours
- •3. Contraindications to regional anesthesia
- •4. Known allergy to local anesthetics
- •5. Bleeding diathesis
- •6. Use of any anti-coagulants
- •7. Inability to provide informed consent
- •8. Severe kidney or liver disease
- •9. Patient with psychiatric disorders
