Inclusion Criteria
Post-natal mothers - Booked cases with Thayi card issued by Govt. of Karnataka in Lady Goschen Hospital, Mangaluru
- Mothers who agree to sign up for the study (signing the consent form)
- Mothers (or family members) with a smartphone having access to Whatsapp
Exclusion Criteria
- Mothers of preterm babies
- Mothers of babies with congenital anomalies
- Mothers of babies needing prolonged NICU care
- Mothers who do not agree to sign up for the study or disagree to sign the consent

Name Time Method - Vaccination hesitancy will be considered to be present in those families who refuse, are reluctant or delay any of the recommended vaccine doses of their infant as per the National Immunization Program (NIP). <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>- Vaccination hesitancy will be considered to be absent in those families, where the infant, receives all the recommended vaccines within stipulated time as defined in NIP.Timepoint: 1 year
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Using the WHO SAGE version 1.0 questionnaire before and after intervention, conclusion will be made depending on the mothersâ?? response reflecting the intervention success.Timepoint: 1 year
