Inclusion Criteria

Professional healthcare workers which include all the medical officer and pharmacist

Supporting staff which include all the pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, nurses, laboratory personnel and counsellor

Exclusion Criteria

Family Health Specialist
Dental personnel
Other supporting staff who were radiology personnel, physiotherapy personnel, nutritionist, clerks, medical attendant and drivers
