Inclusion Criteria

having informed consent of the patient
First and second degree hemorrhoids
Internal and external hemorrhoid
no systematic diseases

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with anal fistula
Patients with grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids with a doctor's diagnosis
Patients who need non-local treatment according to the doctor's diagnosis

Primary Outcome Measures

Reduction of symptoms such as (itching, bleeding, swelling and protrusion). Timepoint: Symptoms will be assessed on days 7, 14, 21, and 30 days after treatment. Method of measurement: ?Data will be collected using a questionnaire (HDSS).;The impact of hemorrhoids on daily life and quality of life. Timepoint: Once at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and the second time on the 30th day of the study. Method of measurement: With a questionnaire.
