Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult patients age ranged from 20\-65 years.
- •2\.Participants who will be on oral hypoglycemic drugs.
- •3\.History of more than 6 months of diabetes.
- •4\.All participants clinically diagnosed by physician with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, and confirmed by HbA1c level 6\.5% or higher as a criterion for diagnosis of diabetes.
- •5\.Patients who have sedentary lifestyle i.e., not participating in regular aerobic exercises and strengthening exercises 6 months before the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients diagnosed with unstable cardiovascular conditions.
- •2\.Patients who are not willing to participate.
- •3\.Patients diagnosed with any musculoskeletal conditions such as fracture, muscular pain, hypermobile joints which may affect the physical activity of upper and lower extremity.
- •4\.Patients diagnosed by physician with mental illness, psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairments and patients who are having problems with comprehension.
