入选标准
- •1.Participants with Subacute and Chronic Mechanical neck pain.
- •2.Participants with pain intensity on
- •NPRS between 3 to 7.
- •3.Participants unable to achieve Active knee extension less than 20 degrees from full extension and who are willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Participants who have history of Cervical disc herniation or spinal stenosis.
- •2. Participants who have musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders
- •and Vascular disorders, vestibular disorders.
- •3. Injury or surgery in the lower extremity in last six months
