Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria was adductor tightness i.e. Hip abduction ROM \<40 degree.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Bone, joint or muscle problems that could limit stretching.
- •2\) Any recent surgery of lower limb.
- •3\) Any deformity of lower limb.
