Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Subjects diagnosed with lower crossed syndrome in the age group of 30\-45 years
  • 2\. Diagnosed case of lower crossed syndrome having exaggerated lordosis more than 300
  • 3\. Subjects with chronic low back pain more than 4 weeks
  • 4\. Subjects with positive thomas test, modified thomas and sit and reach test for muscle tightness

Exclusion Criteria

  • Subjects diagnosed with lumbar canal stenosis \& spondylolisthesis.
  • 2\. Previous history of spine surgery, fractures or dislocations of the spine and lower limb in the past 6 months
  • 3\. Subjects on corticosteroid injection for pain relief in preceding 3 months.
  • 4\. Acute inflammations or infections in the surrounding regions
  • 5\. Pregnancy
