Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with lower crossed syndrome in the age group of 30\-45 years
- •2\. Diagnosed case of lower crossed syndrome having exaggerated lordosis more than 300
- •3\. Subjects with chronic low back pain more than 4 weeks
- •4\. Subjects with positive thomas test, modified thomas and sit and reach test for muscle tightness
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with lumbar canal stenosis \& spondylolisthesis.
- •2\. Previous history of spine surgery, fractures or dislocations of the spine and lower limb in the past 6 months
- •3\. Subjects on corticosteroid injection for pain relief in preceding 3 months.
- •4\. Acute inflammations or infections in the surrounding regions
- •5\. Pregnancy
