1) Pregnant woman with gestational age more than 32 weeks 2) Decided for delivery by caesarean section mode
1) Pregnancy gestational age less than 32 weeks
2) Multiple pregnancy
3) Features of placental abruption, placenta previa, uterine rupture
4) Signs of severe fetal distress according to attending clinician
5) Known or grossly evident major cardiac respiratory or neurological congenital malformations that interfere with physiological cord clamping practice
6) Intrauterine deaths
7) Rh- incompatibility
