1. Volunteers participating in the research must be a tea farmer. Be a person who has worked in tea plantation for at least 1 year.
2. Male and female research subjects aged between 18-65 years old.
3. Participants had low back pain VAS >3/10 for more than 3 months and had constant pain even while resting.
4. Volunteers who participated in the research were willing to participate as a sample for data collection.
5. Participants must not be pregnant. and not suffering from Hemophilia.
1. A professional tea farmer But not doing tea farming is the main occupation.
2. A person who is a tea farmer who does not plant tea by himself.
3. Have had lower back pain before from other causes that are not caused by tea plantation.
4. People with knee problems or osteoarthritis who are unable to fully straighten their knees.
5. Volunteers with conditions or conditions at risk of bleeding easily, such as those receiving group drugs. Anticoagulants (e.g. Warfarin, Aspirin), etc.

Name Time Method Pain 1 time/week before treatment (week 1-4) and 1 month after treatment 1 time. Visual analogue scale (VAS),Disability from LBP 1 time/week before treatment (week 1-4) and 1 month after treatment 1 time. Reliability of the Roland - Morris Disability Questionnaire) ,Forward Flexion 1 time before treatment, 1 time after last treatment, and 1 time after 1 month treatment. sit and reach box
