? Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer; ? For hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy, the chemotherapy regimen meets the above-mentioned criteria; ? Meet the above CRF diagnostic criteria; ?Age 18-75 years old; ? Karnofsky functional status score = 80 points; ?Piper fatigue revised scale score> 3 points, that is, moderate to severe fatigue; ? Expected survival time = 3 months; ? Consciously, after informed consent and signing the informed consent form, they voluntarily joined the study.
? Patients with metastatic lung cancer; ? Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, and endocrine system; ? Patients with moderate or higher anemia (hemoglobin <90g/L); ?Patients with severe pain; ? Patients who are receiving other interventions that affect CRF symptoms; ?
