(1) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain;
(2) Lumbago conforming to TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to cold and dampness syndrome;
(3) Those aged between 18 and 40;
(4) 3 points < VAS score < 7 points;
(5) No ongoing pain related treatment;
(6) Understand and be willing to actively cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.
(1) Confirmed pathological changes such as severe infection of spinal tumor, tuberculosis, structural malformation, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, disc herniation, cauda equina/nerve root syndrome, etc
(2) patients with obvious nerve root injury or spinal cord compression symptoms associated with lower limb sensorimotor disorders
(3) Allergic constitution or other serious systemic diseases such as blood diseases, hypertension, diabetes, skin diseases, etc
(4) Patients who take drugs related to the disease during treatment; Any painkillers taken within 24 hours of treatment
(5) Pregnancy and lactation patients
