- •Patients with chronic otitis media (COM) of mucosal type undergoing Endoscopic Tympanoplasty, Patients undergoing Endoscopic Ossiculoplasty without mastoidectomy, Patients undergoing Endoscopic Stapedotomy
排除标准
- •Patients havingCOM of squamous type, history of past ear surgery/ revision cases, COM with intracranial complication, patients below 12 years, allergy to TXA, bleeding or coagulation disorders, acute and chronic renal failure, heparin use within 48 h before the study or aspirin use within seven days before surgery, pregnancy, liver cirrhosis, patients with cardiac stents

Randomised Controlled Trial of the Use of Topical Application of Tranexamic Acid in Primary Cemented Total Knee Replacement (TRANX-K). - TRANX-KIn this study Tranexamic acid efficacy in reducing blood loss will be investigated in total knee replacement.Tranexamic acid will be applied topically to the exposed tissue around the knee joint prior to the wound closure and tourniquet release.
