- •Female patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy
- •ASA grade 1 and 2
- •Surgery <3 hours
- •AGE BETWEEN 30-60 YRS
排除标准
- •Allergic to Gabapentin
- •patients with chronic backpain and spinal deformities
- •Patients who were recieving any analgesic 24 hr before surgery
- •patients suffering from epilepsy,liver disease,renal disease
