入选标准
- •20 patients aged 18 years or older undergoing general anesthesia
- •The patients have no severe systemic complication (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status-PS 1-2).
- •The research participant (anesthesiology patient) assigned to the research group is explained about the research during preoperative examination and anesthesia explanation. It is ensured that participation is voluntary.
排除标准
- •Preoperative disability of central nervous system,
- •Patients have past history of drug dependence,
- •Patients with uncontrolled hypertension,
- •Patients with disability of autonomic nervous system,
- •Patients with diabetic neuropathy,
- •Patients with Arrhythmias,
- •Pregnant woman,
- •Breast feeding mother,
- •Patients with Myasthenia gravis
- •Patients with end-stage renal failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73m2) and those undergoing dialysis
- •Patients with alcohol addiction or alcohol use disorde
- •Emergent surgial cases
