Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who are not willing to give consent for spinal anaesthesia and
to participate in the study.
2.Patients who has H/o coagulation and bleeding disorders.
3.Local site infections.
4.H/o hypersensitivity to study drugs

Name Time Method To study the effectiveness of intrathecal bupivacaine (0.5%) with fentanyl and chloroprocaine (1%) with fentanyl in day care perianal surgery for faster block resolution and earlier hospital discharge in day care perianal surgeries, without compromising the safety of the patients.Timepoint: From time of giving spinal anaesthesia till 4 hours after surgery
