Inclusion Criteria
18-65 years old.
Presented at a hospital within the last seven days for self-harm or a suicide attempt.
Are English literate.
Have a smartphone with an Australian phone number.
Exclusion Criteria
Experienced psychotic symptoms in the past 7 days.

Name Time Method Suicidal ideation as measured by the Suicidal Ideation Attributes Scale.[ Baseline, 5 weeks (primary timepoint), 6 months and 12 months.]
