Inclusion Criteria
1. Postoperative nasal polyp
Exclusion Criteria
1. no nasal tumor 2.no history of previous nasal surgery 3. no active nasal or paranasal sinus infection 5. no history of systemic steroid use within 1 month 6. no history of steroid allergy/ immunocompromised host/ DM 7. no pregnancy or breast feeding
