monk aged 18 to 80 years, be vegetarian more than 1 year, liver Controlled Attenuation Parameter =240bB/m tested by Fibrotouch machine, consistent with the diagnosis of NAFLD, willing to participate this study, with disease do not need immidiately special treatments and impact on study indexs, such as gastrosis, coronary disease, upper respiratory tract infection.
not comform to inclusion criteria; with drinking history ( amount of alcohol: man =140g/week, woman=70g/week); with disease leading to fatty liver, such as Viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration; pregnant or lactating women; patients with a large number of ascites; incomplete data of primary indicators.
