Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Elective laparotomy.
  • •Patients assessed under ASA I \& II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who have contraindication for subarachnoid block.
  • •Patients who are unable to use a PCA pump.
  • •Patients with a history of drug abuse or allergy to the study drugs
