Inclusion Criteria

Age 18-50 years parturient with singleton pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean sections

ï?· American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA)physical status:1 and 2.

ï?· Informed, written and valid consent by patients and their guardians .

Exclusion Criteria

1.Parturient with allergy or hypersensitivity to ephedrine or norepinephrine

2.Height <140 or >180cm ,BMI >40kg/m2

3.any hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,

4.parturient with cardiovascular disease

5.parturient with cerebrovascular disease

6.fetal abnormalities
