- •Age 18-50 years parturient with singleton pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean sections
- •ï?· American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA)physical status:1 and 2.
- •ï?· Informed, written and valid consent by patients and their guardians .
排除标准
- •1.Parturient with allergy or hypersensitivity to ephedrine or norepinephrine
- •2.Height <140 or >180cm ,BMI >40kg/m2
- •3.any hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,
- •4.parturient with cardiovascular disease
- •5.parturient with cerebrovascular disease
- •6.fetal abnormalities
