Inclusion Criteria
Chronic kidney disease stage 5 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients unable to withstand GA
2. Patients who have previously undergone omentectomy
3. Uncontrolled bleeding disorder
4. Pregnancy
5. Ascites
6. Patients with gastrointestinal or urinary stoma
7. Active intra-abdominal or parietal infection
8. Patients with ventral/ incisional hernia
