Inclusion Criteria
1.Students with tight hamstrings (inability to achieve greater than 160° knee
extension with hip at 90° flexion or at least 15 degrees to 30 degrees loss
of active knee extension with 900 of hip flexion).
2.Students who are willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute or chronic low back pain.
2.Acute or chronic hamstring injury.
3.Soft tissue injuries around the knee.
4.Recent fracture in the lower extremity.
