Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Students with tight hamstrings (inability to achieve greater than 160° knee
- •extension with hip at 90° flexion or at least 15 degrees to 30 degrees loss
- •of active knee extension with 900 of hip flexion).
- •2\.Students who are willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Acute or chronic low back pain.
- •2\.Acute or chronic hamstring injury.
- •3\.Soft tissue injuries around the knee.
- •4\.Recent fracture in the lower extremity.
