Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age limit 18 \- 30 years.
- •2\.Having subacute or chronic cases (4\-12 weeks).
- •3\.Both male and female.
- •4\.NDI score of \<40% of disability.
- •5\.NPRS score \> 3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy.
- •2\.History of cervical and thoracic spine fracture or dislocation.
- •3\.History of cervical spine surgery in previous 12 months
- •4\.Signs of serious pathology (eg : malignancy, inflammatory disorders, infection)
- •5\.Vascular syndromes such as basilar insufficiency.
