Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under
general anaesthesia requiring Endo tracheal
intubation.
2. Both male and female patients of age group 18
to 59years.
3. American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) 1 & 2
Patients
4. Mallampati grading1&2.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Difficult airway, multiple intubation
attempts
2.Prior history of sore throat, cough, URTI,
COPD, bronchial asthma, smoking
3.Laryngotracheal diseases
4.History of raised ICP, IOP, IHD
5.Full stomach, gastric regurgitation
requiring RSI
