Inclusion Criteria
The study will be conducted in ASA I , II and III patients undergoing ear ,nose and throat surgeries of duration more than or equal to 1 hour
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusing consent
2.ASA grade IV
3.Emergency operations
4.Lower esophageal sphincter incompetence
5.Pregnant females
6.Active airway infection
7.History of previous surgery and pathology of larynx and trachea
