Primary stone
First time stone formation
Renal stone size up 15mm
Bladder and uretric stone size up to 10mm
Radiographic and or USG evidence of stone
Exclusion Criteria
Renal Failure
Malignancy
Case which requird surgical intervention
Severe haematuria
Renal stone size more than 15mm
Bladder and uretric stone size more than 10mm
Know case of co-morbidity
Retention of urine
Renal dyscrasis
