入选标准
- •a)Patients of either sex aged 18 to 35 years.
- •b)Willing to participate and comply with the procedures
- •c)Subject report of being healthy with no diagnosed illness
排除标准
- •1.Shirodhara therapy related:
- •a)Patients with known allergy to oil formulations/massage.
- •b)Any injury overhead/ neck, presence of an open wound/abrasion on over forehead & scalp region.
- •c)Central / peripheral neuropathy.
- •d)Patients having problems in lying supine for 1 hour.
- •e)Patients who cannot be relied upon to comply with the therapy procedures or are unwilling to give informed consent.
- •2. Subjects diagnosed with cardiovascular, renal, neurological, hepatic and pulmonary diseases or complications, Psychiatric disorders.
- •3. Pregnant or lactating females
- •4. Currently engaged in any relaxation practices.
