Inclusion Criteria
-Age>/= 18 years
-Patients who are classified as urgent patients with Siriraj Adult Triage System (level 3 and 4)
-Patients who are clinically required to have chemistry laboratory tests (at least electrolyte: Sodium Potassium Chloride Bicarbonate)
Exclusion Criteria
-Pregnancy (considered as vulnerable population)
-Trauma (patients would be receiving medical services from the Trauma Center, not Urgency Room)
-Bedridden patients (these patients would be requiring prolonged hospital stay)

Name Time Method Time to Treatment Decision Making and ED-LOS time 3 months Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon test. Other categorical variables will be compared with chi-square tests.
