入选标准
- •1) Patients with age between 19-80 years
- •2) Patients with moderate to severe valvular heart disease (aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, mitral stenosis, mitral regurgitation, tricuspid stenosis and tricuspid regurgitation) or patients with prior valve surgery with/without surgical maze operation
- •3) Documented atrial arrhythmias (atrial flutter or tachycardia) or Documented atrial fibrillation refractory/intolerant to class I or III antriarrhytmic drug
排除标准
- •Patients refusing participation in the registry
- •Age< 18 years old or > 80 years old
- •pregnant woman
- •Presence of atrial septal defect or patent foramen ovale closure device
- •Presence of intracardiac thrombus
- •NYHA functional class IV heart failure
- •Acute coronary syndrome within 1 months
- •Planned open heart surgery within 3 months
- •Prior open heart surgery within 3 months
- •Life expectancy less than 1 year
