1- Patients aged 60 years and more, diagnosed with any type of dementia according to DSM-IV-TR, and having a score of less than 20 on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale.
2- Informal caregivers currently living with patients (fulfilling the above mentioned criteria) and accepting to give a written consent to participate in the program.
1- Currently or recently (during previous month) hospitalized patients.
2- Patients suffering from severe debilitating disease (terminal stage cancer, completely bed ridden), or communicative problems.
