Inclusion Criteria
1. Adolescents aged 13-17 years
2. Having the Game Addiction Screening Test (GAST) score falling into either the Addicted or Probably Addicted classification group
Exclusion Criteria
1. Having difficulties reading or understanding the questionnaires
2. Having serious psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder
