1. Patient (to recruit the caregiver of them to the study)
1.1 age 18 years or more
1.2 diagnosed AD with at least 1 of BPSD by NPI-Q
2. Caregiver (participant)
2.1 age 20 years or more
2.2 being a primary caregiver (taking care of patient at least 3 hrs a day for 5 days per week)
2.3 taking care of the patient for at least 3 months
2.4 able to communicate and read Thai
2.5 highest education at least in primary school
2.5 having telephone to contact during the study
1. Patient (to recruit the caregiver of them to the study)
1.1 need urgent care or admission
1.2 unstable vital signs
1.3 alteration of consciousness
1.4 currently in treatment for severe psychological problem
2. Caregiver (participant)
2.1 severe depression or suicidal idea
2.2 unable to get through the end of the study
