Inclusion Criteria

1. Diagnosis fracture neck of femur
2. Age more than 60 years old
3. Household ambulatory
4. Low energy mechanism
5. Complete inform consent.

Exclusion Criteria

-1.Allergy to TXA
2.Prior history of thromboembolic disease
3.Prior history of stroke
4.Prior history of ischemic heart disease
5.Prior history of seizure
6.Congenital or acquired coagulopathy
7.Renal or liver dysfunction
