入选标准
- •Mature permanent molars after diagnosis of pulpal necrosis with apical periodontitis
- •-Teeth having sufficient tooth structure for adequate isolation
- •-Roots with fully formed apices
- •-No history of previous endodontic therapy
排除标准
- •-Diabetic, immunocompromised patients, pregnant females
- •-Patients who have a positive history of analgesic intake within past 3 days.
- •-Patients who have a positive history of antibiotics intake in the last month.
- •- Calcified roots
