Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists \[ASA] physical status of 1â??3, adult (18\-70 years)
- •patients undergoing elective thoracolumbar spine surgery with instrumentation under general
- •anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pre\-existing renal impairment,
- •2\. Body mass index (BMI) of \>30 kg/ m 2 ,
- •3\. Hemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor therapy before surgery,
- •4\. Respiratory system compliance (Crs) of \<30 mL/cmH2O,
- •5\. Patients with cardiac arrhythmias,
- •6\. Participants denial to participate.
