- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists [ASA] physical status of 1â??3, adult (18-70 years)
- •patients undergoing elective thoracolumbar spine surgery with instrumentation under general
- •anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. Pre-existing renal impairment,
- •2. Body mass index (BMI) of >30 kg/ m 2 ,
- •3. Hemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor therapy before surgery,
- •4. Respiratory system compliance (Crs) of <30 mL/cmH2O,
- •5. Patients with cardiac arrhythmias,
- •6. Participants denial to participate.
