Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anaesthesiologists \[ASA] physical status of 1â??3, adult (18\-70 years)
  • •patients undergoing elective thoracolumbar spine surgery with instrumentation under general
  • •anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pre\-existing renal impairment,
  • •2\. Body mass index (BMI) of \>30 kg/ m 2 ,
  • •3\. Hemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor therapy before surgery,
  • •4\. Respiratory system compliance (Crs) of \<30 mL/cmH2O,
  • •5\. Patients with cardiac arrhythmias,
  • •6\. Participants denial to participate.
