Inclusion Criteria
- •Laboratory confirmed cases of COVID\-19 with severe hypoxemia, requiring invasive mechanical ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) age \<18 years
- •b) k/c/o CAD/ cardiac rhythm disorder
- •c) BMI \> 40 kg/m2
- •d) pregnant patients
- •e) patients with coagulopathy/ bleeding disorder
- •f) patients with motor/ neuromuscular disorder
