- •(1) malignant biliary obstruction needed biliary drainage (>18 years)
- •(2) agree wih this study
- •(3) common bile duct dilatation =10mm or intrahepatic duct dilatation =6mm
排除标准
- •(1) refusal to participate in the study protocol
- •(2) uncontrolled coagulopathy
- •(3) pregnancy
- •(4) patient age less than 18 years.
