Inclusion Criteria

Patients of both genres; over the age of 18; who have had non-specific low back pain for at least 3 months; disability scores of 4 out of 24 points or more on the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire; and pain intensity scores of 3 out of 10 points or more on an 11 point Numerical Pain Scale; able to read and understand Portuguese; and with internet access

Exclusion Criteria

Suspected or confirmed severe spinal pathology (fracture, metastatic, inflammatory or infectious diseases of the spine, cauda equina syndrome/generalized neurological disorder); radiculopathy, grade 2 affected strength, reflex, or sensation to the same nerve root; previous history of spine surgery in the last 12 months; scheduled for major surgery during the study or follow up period; pregnancy; and contraindications to exercise listed in the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines

Assess disability using the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire and Patient Specific Functional Scale;Assess the global impression of recovery, which will be measured with the Perceived Global Effect, an 11 point Likert type scale, ranging from plus 5 to minus 5, which compares the patient's current condition with their condition at the onset of symptoms;Assess health-related costs and quality of life based on participants' reported use of resources using a self recorded monthly diary provided to participants;Assess the existence of adverse effects by the number of adverse effects during the study period;Assess the degree of adherence to the treatment program that will be measured with the Exercise Adherence Assessment Scale
