Inclusion Criteria

Patients over the age of 18 who have had nonspecific low back pain for at least 3 months; able to read and understand Portuguese; have access to the internet

Exclusion Criteria

Suspected or confirmed severe spinal pathology; fracture; metastatic diseases; inflammatory or infectious diseases of the spine; generalized neurological disorder; previous history of spine surgery in the last 12 months; pregnancy; and contraindications to exercise

Assess the difference in pain intensity using the Numerical Pain Assessment Scale, 0 no pain to 10 the worst possible pain

Assess the difference in disability in the 3 groups using the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire and the Patient Specific Functional Scale;Evaluate the eligibility rate which will be calculated as the percentage of participants who met all inclusion criteria among those who passed the eligibility screening;Assess the difference between costs and health-related quality of life in the 3 groups which will be measured based on participants' reported use of resources using a self-recording monthly diary;Assess the existence of adverse effects, which will be measured by the number of adverse effects during the study period;Assess the global impression of recovery that will be measured with the Perceived Global Effect, an 11 point Likert type scale ranging from minus 5 to plus 5;Assess the adherence, which will be measured with the Exercise Adherence Assessment Scale
