Women of 20-40 years inserted in the surgical list from May to May for cesarean section of the Virgen Macarena University Hospital in Seville with fetal presentations not compatible with vaginal delivery; disproportion of the pelvic head that prevents vaginal delivery; women with previous or marginal placentas that prevent vaginal delivery; previous or iterative caesarean sections that contraindicate vaginal delivery; progression failures; women whose newborn does not require the assistance of a pediatrician because the newborn will be evaluated immediately after caesarean section by the neonatology as a healthy child and the assessment of the Apgar test at 5 minutes will be 9 or 10; caesarean section between 37 and 41 weeks of gestation; controlled pregnancy where no fetal alterations or malformations have been appreciated; the mother had initially decided to breastfeed her baby and must sign the informed consent stating her desire to participate in the study
