ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients.

Patients receiving Spinal anaesthesia for surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

Emergency caesarean sections.
ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients.
Morbidly Obese patients.
Patients with local anaesthesia allergy
