Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Professional players with \>3 years of experience
- •Male in gender
- •The age group of 18\-30 years
- •Seated flexion test \<33 cm
- •Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of recent hamstring injury e.g. sprain (with at least 6\-month duration).
- •Any other recent history of lower limb injury
- •Any cardiac, respiratory, or neurological disease.
- •Any Open wound, recent fracture in the lower limb.
- •Taking muscle relaxant
