Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Male between 20 to 40 years old.
  • 2 Experiencing of LBP more than 12 weeks.
  • 3 Moderate degree of VAS between 3 to 7
  • 4 Able to follow instructions
  • 5 Can carry out regular activities and exercise
  • 6 Willing to participate in the study
  • 7 Can read and communicate in Chinese

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. A history of the following diseases or disorders: Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Spinal fractures, Tumors or infections, Clinical neurological deficits, Nervous system or major mental diseases, Bleeding disorders, Previous severe back or lower limb injury or surgery,
  • Underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
  • 2 Prompt nerve root compression.
  • 3 Contraindications of percussive massage treatment: Contagious skin disease, Injury or inflammation of the muscle, Open wound, Acute limb edema, and Impaired skin integrity.
  • 4 Take the medication currently, such as Ibuprofen.
