Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Industrial workers age between 18 to 60\. Males only with work experience of minimum six months at industry. Participants with subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal pain and discomfort who are interested and willing to participate in the study. Access to virtual platform with internet.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants suffering with chronic lifestyle disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension. Those who had undergone any recent surgery. and participants who had any previous illness and/or injuries that may have contributed to musculoskeletal discomfort or disorder are excluded.
