Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1Age :20\-55 years
  • •2Both Gender Male and female
  • •3Working as desk job workers for at least one year for around 8 hours in a day
  • •4Complaining musculoskeletal pain for at least one month.
  • •5Presently not taking treatment (CAM or mainstream treatment) for musculoskeletal pain.
  • •6Able to perform the prescribed yoga module.
  • •7CMDQ score more than 1\.5

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1Any recent surgery
  • •2Practicing yoga routinely
  • •4Compromised cardiopulmonary system
  • •5Neurodegenerative and psychological disorder
  • •6Radicular pain with weakness or loss of reflexes
  • •7Any comorbidity that does not allow him to perform yoga.
