入选标准
- •1Age :20-55 years
- •2Both Gender Male and female
- •3Working as desk job workers for at least one year for around 8 hours in a day
- •4Complaining musculoskeletal pain for at least one month.
- •5Presently not taking treatment (CAM or mainstream treatment) for musculoskeletal pain.
- •6Able to perform the prescribed yoga module.
- •7CMDQ score more than 1.5

- •1Any recent surgery
- •2Practicing yoga routinely
- •4Compromised cardiopulmonary system
- •5Neurodegenerative and psychological disorder
- •6Radicular pain with weakness or loss of reflexes
- •7Any comorbidity that does not allow him to perform yoga.
