Patients of middle ages (20â??59 years).
Patients of both sexes.
Patients with choleric temperament.
Patients who give their valid consent to participate in the study.
Patients having symptoms of heartburn and/or regurgitation for at least
3 months with at least 2 episodes in a week
Symptom score more than 4 on GERD Questionnaire scale will be
enrolled in the study
Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, dysphagia, peptic
ulcer, or associated alarming symptoms such as gastrointestinal
hemorrhage, under any medication,
Patients suffering from systemic disease such as cardiac, pulmonary,
hepatic or renal disease will be excluded from the study.
Pregnant and lactating women.
