•1 Patients of Posterior Polar Cataract presenting to our centre with impaired visual acuity or with cataract related symptoms.
•2 Pupillary dilatation of 6mm or more pharmacologically.
•3 Nuclear Sclerosis up to Grade II along with Posterior Polar Cataract.
•4 The eligible patients who opt for Femtosecond laser assisted Cataract Surgery.

•1 The patients of posterior polar cataract not willing to go for Femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery.
•2 Dense, hard cataracts obscuring clinical examination of the posterior capsule of lens.
•3 Dilated Pupil Size less than 6mm.
•4 Any pre-existing corneal pathology
•5 Post ocular trauma
•6 Patients with severe systemic disorders
•7 Patients who get inadvertent or iatrogenic PCR unrelated to posterior polar cataract
